I am trying to complete a report and I have 1 section that just keeps duplicating pictures.  My plumbing section has 6 sections in it.  All of the sections are labeled differently with a condition damage panel in each.  I load up my pictures 3 pictures and select the section they are to be in and all is fine.  When I go to the section they are showing in 4 or the 6 sections duplicated.  When I generate report it doesn't show the section label it just shows condition over and over again with the 3 pictures showing under the section.  The pictures are not even going to be under the same section together but 3 different sections.  I have tried restarting the program, I have tried renaming the section, and I have tried reloading the pictures and nothing works.

This is the only thing that is holding my report up.

Hi Taylor,

At some point they must have had the same damage panel names. HIP gives a warning message if you try to do this. Even after changing the names to be unique the sections are still linked. To fix this make a copy of the entire section via Edit Template and then remove the original. That will reset the internal links.

Thank you so very much Dom that helped me out of a bind.  I also had another question.  I am using the mobile app with pictures on my phone. In Report host which is what I came from the pictures are pretty clear but here they are not all that clear.  Is there a setting that I am messing up or is it just the limitation of the software?

Hi Taylor,

There's a setting under the settings tab on mobile. If you take pics on a normal camera and add to the desktop there's an option under Report Settings - Options.
