TOPIC: HIP licenses for multi inspector firms

Purchased a license for HIP software for my new inspector. Dominic said there are different ones that will enable me to have certain controls to avoid moonlighting and abusing the software.  I was made unaware of that when I purchased it. Dominic, how do I know I have the right license?  What are the options on licenses and do you have them listed somewhere.  This would be helpful to us expanding companies that need a little more help and guidance from your sales department. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

The second license that you purchase was issues as an employee license per the notes Jason sent me about his conversation with you. So it looks like you were setup properly! If you also use ISN we can offer an employee license that also prints DRAFT across the page until it's uploaded to ISN. Just submit a help ticket (the forums aren't the best place for this) requesting an ISN Draft license.

The forums are more for user to user questions and discussion of new features and such. Anything about specifics about purchases and stuff you can just direct to the help desk as we don't want to discuss personal info on the public forums.
