Hi John, no you will not save pictures to your template if you keep hitting save. You will just update your template with your new comments. Work on building a template while not doing an inspection. Have your comments organized in a well laid out manner, ie ...common statements listed first then possible disclaimers, proposed by problems and issues, and then qualified contractors last. Develop a system that works best for you

Hi Dan, thanks for all your help. I didn't know I could save my template while working on a report. That's actually great! Let me ask you about using notes. I thought the note feature was for putting notes at the beginning of comments to help in quickly identifying frequently used comments. Am I right? But you said you're using them for  New comments that won't be added to your template.

Hi John... you are correct; notes are used for quickly identify comments. ? I'll also use the Note feature to quickly add a comment to the Damage panel that I'll only use in that report. In the attached pic, I made note of a "loose weather vane" on the roof. ? That's not a common occurrence, so I don't want to clutter up my list with comments I'll hardly see. I'll highlight Note, add it to the Damage Panel, and then type my comment.

By the way are you using HIP mobile?

I have used the HIP mobile on an Ipad Mini which works well; however, for me...on a day-to-day I use the desktop ver on a Thinkpad yoga.
