Not sure if anybody else is experiencing this problem but...I found a solution for the upside down photos from Apple devices to Windows computer.

Photo/Videos are good when taking them within the HIP app. It's when you take them on your iPad or iPhone's camera and then import them into a windows computer and then into HIP. They would always be upside down. It's the way I was holding my iPhone. I always take photos/Videos with the volume buttons in the up position. That is actually upside down. You have to make sure you are taking them with the volumes buttons down. John |
