I've uninstalled and reinstalled and HIP is still freezing when I try to enter client info. I made sure it was the latest release and installed the latest version on my Kind Fire. I've got an inspection coming up, what could be causing this?

Yes I did. It was kind of weird. On HIP it showed that I had templates available, yet it kept freezing on the "Client info." section. I thought to re-download the template, when I re-downloaded the template I received a message saying that it was already on the device and asked if I wanted to overwrite the template. I said yes I do want to override the template and re-installed it and that took care of the issue. I'm not sure why it was getting hung up on the template when it appeared to be in there but was glad it was a simple fix. Support awesome, great to know there's a solid support structure behind the software. Thanks a million for all you guys do.

Great! Glad you got it working. It's possible the template got corrupt somehow and downloading it again fixed the issue.
