I just tried calling support, hoping they call back soon as usual. Had an inspection today and uploaded to the cloud. Looked for it at the desktop, and wasn't there. Tried re uploading from iPhone, and it's telling me there are no inspections available! However, the inspection from today is still active. Help!

Hi Travis,
Sounds like your iPhone could be short on memory and not saving things right. Delete some photos or videos OTHER than HIP files or other apps then move around the HIP app so it auto saves. Then try uploading again. |
