Haven't done that. Don't think I back up photos to the cloud and I keep my device clear by deleating inspections after they have been uploaded. I'll look at that and see if I have some storing up there that i was not awarre of.... Looking at my phone I only show 10 pics in the stream of that is what you are referring to? I'm about dangerous when it comes to technology myself if I step out of what I already know how to use so I in no way am offended..... Any suggestion that may relieve me of this would be much appreciated so I will entertain any ideas ... Have had others say they have this issue but just get used to the annoyance

If you're using a Mac to finish your reports open iPhoto, on the left side select photo stream and see how many photos are in that folder. All your inspection photos maybe stored there. Now the fun begins, I created folders for each inspection, selected the photos for each inspection and dragged them to the corresponding folder. I was able to delete thousands of photos from photo stream. If your using your phone or tablet for taking your photos this may free up the memory that you need. I'll let you know how I make out after today's inspections.

Hi George,
The fact that it's happening across multiple apps shows me it's not a HIP issue. There is only one place I know of right now that causes HIP to close on an iPhone/iPad and that's if you click the drop down box on the photo annotation screen multiple times quickly. That's a known bug and we're waiting for Apple to fix. It could be a conflict with other programs you're running. Are you running a keyboard app such as swift keys? One way to test this is to wipe the device and ONLY put HIP on and see how everything runs. |

Hi George,
It happened again yesterday when I selected some items to include in my report, so I guess moving the photos to other locations was not the answer. I did some playing around today and found when I changed the color for the notes the app crashed on the items that I was having the most problems with. So for now I'll just leave them black. |

Hmm, let me know how it goes when you don't have the colored notes feature enabled. Are there particular items this happens more on? Are you able to submit a crash report?

When I don't have the note color feature on the app does not crash. When I enable the feature and send the report to be finished the section is back where it should be. I'm going to fill out the item I'm having troube with, change the setting and then send it over to my PC. To see if the information is still there
