TOPIC: Program still crashing on iPhone

Guys I have cleared apps, reset iPad and iPhone , removed all apps that aren't part of the system. Issue is not changed as it still crashes on almost every inspection and some multiple times. Even loaded app to my wife's iphone 6 and it still happens.
Don't know what else to do but I absolutely love using the iPhone 6plus as it has sped up my inspection time and often I am done when I leave the property as the pic quality has allowed me to reduce or eliminate using a camera.
When I posted on another message board about this a few months back there were several folks with the same issue so at least I knew it was not just a device issue I was having.
Happens when I am taking pictures, sometimes it seems when I am zooming in it does it more but I can't be sure that's related

As far as I know. I have test flight installed on my iPhone 6 plus but have not received any updates since October . Deleated app and did a hard reset on the phone. Reinstalled the app and when I did an inspection yesterday it crashed three times

I've invited you a few times via Apple's site (they took over Testflight). Email me you iTunes Email Address as it could be different from the one I have on file.

What I like to know is if there are people using iphone 6 and apple mini with no problems. I'm about to buy them both and would hate to have the system crash on me.

When it crash, do you loose the data or it saves every time a new entry is added?

I saw that the mobile version on itune is the same for both iphone and ipad, does the ipad version have the same layout but just more room? Can I see more screenshots of the ipad version somewhere?

Hi David,

The program is identical on both devices it'll just show more narratives and you can slide the fonts larger on the larger screen iPad. 99% of people have no issues. There's always a few that have conflicts from the devices, templates, other programs, or something else going on. Last week we had an inspector that turned out to have an issue from a batter saving program. Fee free to download the app on your iPad and iPhone to test.

HIP Mobile can be set to save after every item you enter so even if it crashes you have your data.
