TOPIC: Dropped Sections

Has this happened to anyone else?

I start the inspection on mobile with all my sections and items included and present. Half way through the inspection I notice that a section is gone, no longer exists, poof went away. I am not able to recover the section at all. I then wifi the inspection to the desktop and the section is either gone or it is there with all the comments missing, sometimes pictures from another section are in the missing section. Yesterday I had all my electrical panel pictures in the main panel section and the toilet section with all the toilet section comments gone. This has happened to me in one form or another about 10 times in the last 6 months.

Hmm, I've never heard of anyone else with the issue. There's not even a way to delete a section on mobile. Are you on iPad or Android device? What mobile version and what desktop version? Did you use the copy section feature?

Didn't use the copy section feature. ( don't even know how to use that feature)
Desktop is MAC Yosemite
Mobile version is 4.1.3 and it happened on previous versions
Android Samsung 3

Just to clarify, The section drops when I am in the mobile version not when I transfer via wifi. I don't when exactly it drops, but I notice it the next time I try to go to that section. What about the images showing up in multiple sections?

I'm guessing you have some sort of corruption going on with your template. What version of HIP on desktop? Delete your templates off cloud and mobile and upload/download them fresh.

Tried that several times and it didn't stop it. Doesn't happen every time, just once in awhile. No dropped sections today, but my bathroom wall section pictures were in the wall section and the toilet section. I can't figure it out. Maybe I need to fly to California and have you check it out??!!

MAC version 4.1

Like I said, do a remote with Dan. The pic issue could be from you copying sections long ago and your template is corrupt somewhere. He can figure it out quickly.
