It does it in both places. HIP and PDF. Also I use my phone (Samsung Galaxy 5) in the field and it now restarts the app every time I take a picture and try to add it into the software UNLESS I turn the phone off and then back on before I start the inspection. Even if I do reboot the phone before the inspection, it occasionally will randomly kick me out of the software and restart the app by itself. I'll try having my admin call into Dan as I am super swamped with inspections right now. Thanks.

On the S5 we're seeing this a lot after the latest Android update. Lower the resolution by clicking on the gear/settings on the camera app (not HIP) and lower it to the lower 4:3 resolution then try again.

Ok - sorry it took so long for me to update on here. I lowered the resolution on my camera app and it seems to have worked. I have been using the video capability with no issue however, I have to bring each inspection from the cloud separately, complete the inspection, save the PDF and then close out of HIP. Then open HIP again and start over with my next inspection from that day. So all good for now. Thank you.

Thanks for the update Scott. We do recommend closing out of HIP between inspections for a few reasons, speed and memory usage are the biggest. Keep me updated if anything changes!
