TOPIC: Another Picture issue

Anyone else having this issue, during an inspection, using my iPhone 5S, when I click on the camera icon on the bottom bar so I can take a pic, I get a black screen, but can still take a pic. Of course the pic isn't good, so I hit retake, and now I can see what I want to take, until the next time, I get the black screen again. I have deleted the app, and re downloaded it with no luck. I have been in contact with Dominic and the team, but thought I would reach out and see if anyone else has had this problem too, and found the fix.

Mark, please call in so the guys can walk you through making sure the security setting on the iPhone is set right. What you're describing is exactly what happens when someone installs the app and denies the iPhone access to the camera.

As a side note, what version of iOS are you using? Check under your About menu and let us know.

I'll call in. Was running IOS 8.1, updated to 8.2 today, didn't change anything.
