TOPIC: show document - with no comments section

I want to show my comment key and general info in report, how can I get it to show with having to put it with an inspection item?

If I follow what you are asking.

Create a document and place in section you want it to be in.

I have a section I created called Understanding the Report (document only). I added a menu in edit template and then select include document in current template before section. You can also select as an intro.

This may seem confusing but it is easy once you get the hang of it.

yeah I can do that ,,  i have program selected to only print out filling in section and when i convert report i select sections with comments only , if i do this the section wont print with out manually checking off section so document shows

Select it and save template so it's always selected.
