I am using inspectorpro on my kindle fire hdx. I can fill out the inspection just fine. When I sync to the cloud and download from the PC, everything appears fine until I open up the inspection. It is missing a lot of information. It appears that none of the "Inside house" data loaded from the cloud when downloaded to PC. I looked in my Kindle and verified that I had interior information (bedrooms, kitchen, etc.) I re-uploaded and re-downloaded from the cloud and it was still missing the info. I should note I'm using the trial version of both home inspector pro and HIP mobile. I would like to purchase it, but not with the issues I'm experiencing with the sync. Thanks for any help.

Hi Keith,
Is the Kindle Fire downloading the software from the Amazon store or from Google Play? Amazon has its own store and since the previous Kindle didn't have a rear camera I haven't kept that store updated. The version there is probably a year old. I'll look on Amazon today and update their version too but get the Google Play version if you can. |
