TOPIC: ISN integration

I'm a 23 yr inspection vet, using HIP for a couple of weeks changing over from thousands of 3D inspections. I've been tweaking the template for 3-4 months. I Download the ISN jobs into HIP desktop and cant seem to make the import/merge function work without overwriting my report done on HIP mobile. Is there any tutorial for the integration? Should everything be named the same. Since I start my report on HIP mobile, integrating back to the predetermined ISN file seems difficult.

Hi Greg,

You should not be doing an import/merge to get ISN data. Simply open your mobile inspection on the desktop and then click on Internet->Import Data from ISN and select your inspection. The data will automatically download from ISN live and then fill in the data in your inspection.

That's what it's used for the most. It can also be used to preload inspection data or merge templates.
