TOPIC: Where did my video go?

I cannot locate the videos I took during the inspection to be able to transfer them to my desktop so I can include gem in my report.  Please tell me how to get them transferred to my desktop.  Thank you.

Hi Scott,

Make sure you're running HIP 4.2.1. That's required to recognize that the videos were taken on mobile.

My HIP version says 4.0.7 but it gives an option to add a video.  How do I get the upgrade?  We just upgraded a couple weeks ago and updated the mobile as well.

Click Home Inspector Pro Downloads on the left side the site. The Add Video you have is to add via desktop but won't show the ones taken on a mobile device until HIP 4.2 or later.
