The caption button in mobile is a pain to select. The picture freezes up a couple times a day causing me to have to restart which means nothing in that section was saved.
Anyone else experiencing this or am I lucky? Any word on the video function yet Dom? |

Someone pointed out the small caption area today which came from the larger thumbnail. I'm looking at that now.
I haven't heard about the picture freezing. When is it freezing, when taking it, when editing, when saving? Are you talking about not being able to play the video on the desktop if it was taken from mobile (but it still plays in the report)? I think I got that resolved and will have an update soon. |

I just downloaded the 4.2.1 last night and now my Adobe won't open the report to view it. I'm getting a "Fatal Error" Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE Server".
Anyone know what to do about this???? Thanks, |

Yes. When I send the report to the printer, Adobe pops up a message that "There is an error on the page and it may not display properly". Adobe is up to date. Running HIP v4.2.1. It does not effect the printing process and I can not distinguish any error, nor have I had any complaints from realtors or clients as of yet.
I do notice now that when I'm in the program and go away for some time (like overnight), it does not allow my computer to hibernate as it did before. The monitors will shut off but the computer continues to run. There is 3.2 gb demand on memory but nothing shows to be running in processes. Have run Malwarebytes and my anti-virus and they show nothing. I have Win 7 with 16 gb of memory. |

Steve, run the installer again. That can happen if there's a file missing.
Tim, this looks like an issue with Adobe, not HIP. There's quite a discussion on it at forums.adobe.com/message/4627511 . Try to uninstall Adobe Reader, then reboot, then install it again. |
