The new 4.2.1 rocks. 

The video worked with no issue and my customer and agent were wowed by the feature. I shot a short video of the Attic region(s)and my customer was very impressed. They had concerns of what the attic look like and because of liability reason I don't allow them on my ladder. But the video showed them what the attic structures, insulation and venting looked like. They were totally happy.

The second item is the ability to click on the pictures in the narrative sections and taken directly to the photo slotting. No more frustrations and time wasted searching for photos.

Now all I need is the ability to select a color for the NOTES like in the Mobile and I will be a happier camper. I use laptop on site and would like the functionality to change the NOTE color for easier scanning of my narrative. But that for another discussion.

So! There is a new  4.2.1 desktop version?

John, that feature was added to mobile months ago! Look under Settings ☺

Roy, did you not get the update emails or see the Facebook posts?
