TOPIC: HIP 4.2 Slow down

ctl  2 gopc, 4 gig of ram 1.6 atom.

Okay, so CTL has been selling the CTL2Go with the exact same specs for about 7 years. So even though you might have bought it 2 years ago, the specs are old.

Do you have Windows 7 or 8 on it? When is HIP slow, just at startup or the entire time it's being used? Try running the installer again as well.

Look at the task manager and tell me how much ram it says HIP is using.

I haven't heard back from you. I had another CTL2GO user today with the same issue and it turns out the install didn't install completely so the ram usage was over 1 gig. Can you please check on your device and see if you have the same issue.

Sorry Dom, It was such a interruption that we all went back to HIP 4.06 and got back to work, I will follow up on this in the next few days, one of the computers we have is also 1 gig of Ram, 2 of them are 4 gigs,.
