How do I edit "we appreciate the opportunity to conduct..." text? 9 years 10 months ago #60151

As title is stated, how do I edit the text color and/or wording of the section: "we appreciate the opportunity to conduct this inspection for you..." I would like to have the font color match that of the rest of my template however I can't seem to find the option to make edits to this text.
