You might have had a temporary license before you purchased and that one is still loaded. Try loading your original HIP 4 license from the email. If that doesn't resolve it, send an email to the Help Desk (forums are checked a little less often) and I'll send you a new license file. That would mean that I forgot to change from an employee license to a full when generating your license.
