I am having trouble loading the report to a computer. It says error: check hip username and password. Then it says it downloaded it, but it doesnt show it when I go to open it in the open inspection. Feeling frustrated ???

Hi Kevin,
Make sure you only upload files via a wifi connection. Go ahead and delete the file from the cloud on the desktop. Then upload it again from your mobile device, then download it. You'll see this happen if you use a cell connection (or really bad wifi). If the connection drops at all it corrupts the upload. Just an FYI that the forums aren't the best place for quick support. Use live chat, call or use the ticket system (Help Desk). |
