Using mobile, I am encountering a few problems. I'm sure it's something I'm doing on not doing, hoping someone can shed some light.
(1) I click "manage", select my template, and name the inspection. Then I click "create". That leaves the name I gave the inspection, but goes back to the default template. I have to remember to change it again to Open. (2) I go to Client Info, enter name, address, etc., then take a picture of the house for "Cover Photo", and click "save" After finishing the inspection, the cover photo is never there. Luckily, I always take a shot of the front of the house with my standard camera, so I have one to insert for the inspection. what am I doing or not doing? ??? |

Hi Mike,
1) Once you click Create, you're done. DO not open the inspection or anything else. It's automatically setup with the template you selected. 2) It should be there on the desktop in the first slot. What device are you using? |
