TOPIC: Merging Report Bug

Occasionally when I merge my assistants report the pics do not populate into the desktop version. I find the pics in the Temp folder and I am able to get them into the report, but I don't know what is causing this.

Also, today only portions of his selected narratives transferred over. I checked his tablet and they were entered, just not transferred to the desktop report.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Troy,

I have had a few people have issues with merging while the majority of people merge fine. I had one inspector send me some detailed notes and inspections from before and after the merge. If you can send me all that it'll help me track down the issue. Now that I have HIP 4 for Windows and Mac at a more stable place I can look into this some more.

Next time it happens, I will send the files. I have already sent this report. Thanks Dom.
