Dom, Thanks I was assisted with this issue and it was exactly what you said. So far so good with the new update. I added my first video and used the glossary. I will contact my client in a day or so to see what he thinks of the new look. Thanks again

I was having the same problem. Nothing I tried worked. I called support who walked me through the above steps and gave me the latest update. It still continued. It was hit or miss as to when it would happen. No rhyme or reason to it. I was on wifi connection. I know Dom said don't use the cell connection but nothing else was working so I turned off the wifi and my inspection flew into the cloud and from the cloud to my desktop with no issues. Maybe I need to check my wifi equipment - must be too weak? Also, even with the new update, I still have to change the date on every report (it comes up a month earlier) Any help on that would be appreciated. Thanks.

Scott with the date issue you need to delete your template in the cloud and upload a new template. Make sure you're using the latest version of HIP Mobile as well.
If your cell connection worked perfectly and wifi didn't, that definitely means you have an issue with your wifi connection. |

Also, just letting you know . . . I have downloaded someone else's report from my cloud twice. Once the report was from Canada and the tonight it was from Florida. I am in PA. I'm going to delete it from the cloud and re-send from my mobile. By the way, I accidentally posted from my employee's login above (Jeremy Condon)
