I updated to HIP 4.04 and just finished up my 1st inspection since update and uploaded report from my phone to cloud. I opened HIP in computer and hit refresh and selected my report to download however I keep getting an error asking me to check login info or internet connection. I triple checked both and made sure my firewall is not blocking HIP but still no good. I tried to download a different report with same results. The only thing that I can possible think might be an issue is when I did the update I realized that HIP 3.8 is still installed. Did anyone else have this issue?

Just re enter the info and reboot the program.

Hi Manny,
1. Delete the inspection from the cloud on the desktop. 2. Upload the inspection from mobile again ONLY via a wifi connection. Do you not a cell connection as it will cause this problem if the connection weakens at all. |

The connection was interrupted. I did not make the mobile connection...neither did He ,LOL |
