TOPIC: Multi Select on Lists

Dom, I am trying to get my narrative library in HIP, one issue I am having is with the lists. On ReportHost I could kill a bunch of issues with only one narrative. Here is an example:
One or more areas of [siding, trim, soffit, fascia] is [damaged, deteriorated, substandard, missing, rotten]. Recommend yada yada.

I could select multiple areas and damages to go directly into that one comment, so my finished comment could be "One or more areas of siding, trim were damaged, rotten. Recommend..." and all done with a few touches on the screen and then all relevant pics in that one comment. Right now I can add these areas and damage items into lists, but can only select one per comment, so its basically if I have wood rot on windows, trim, soffits, etc I would have to select this narrative 3 times to go into the report with each area its own line item, or else, manually type the additional areas in???  Is there any way to have a multi-select list or selection feature in this so I can kill a few birds with one stone? Or is this already a feature and I just don't know how to do it.

You can add the list into your comment multiple times. Make the first comment in the list blank, so that if you don't select anything it won't appear in the report.

That makes sense, alot more backend work. Would be nice if we could just multiselect though on the mobile vs that.

The problem is that multiselect is something pretty easy on a website with a long visible list of items. On a mobile device that can have a 3.5" screen it doesn't work too well. We are constantly trying to find easier ways to manage things though!

Go easy with the lists Glenn. They can be a pain in the field if you have too many.

Unfortunately its going to be awhile getting to the actual field with this thing. Getting this template set and organized the way I'm used to and with all my narratives is a painstaking process. Hopefully one I'll never have to endeavor again.
