TOPIC: Slotting picture issues.

I have been using HIP for about a year, batch loading pictures back at my desktop.  It is very time consuming and I just cannot seem to get faster.  The biggest issue I face is that in the past I have slotted pictures all at once then went thought the section tabs adding comments where needed.  But I noticed that some images were not being loaded to the report because I did not add comments to the section, they are not included with the report.  This is because I select "select sections with comments or ratings only".  I don't use rating because I don't want to include every last section in my report.  There are many small issues that just the picture and description in the report would be ample and entering a comment in that section is duplicate and time consuming.

So I have to reverted to jumping back and forth from the picture tab to the comment tab to make sure I don't miss anything as I don't want the slotted pictures to be omitted from the report.  Maybe bulk loading and slotting is faster than if I could drag and drop but I feel I have to bounce back and forth to make sure the slotted images make the report.  And jumping back and it just takes forever. 

Is there a way to include slotted pictures when I click the "select sections with comments or ratings only" tab"

I am sure there is a better way that what I am doing.

If you have a picture it should still appear. Do you have ratings enabled under Report Settings->Ratings? By 'description in the report' are you referring to the caption?

Rereading my original post it is a bit confusing...sorry about that.

I do not have rating enabled, the box is not checked.

When I said "description in the report" I am referring to the caption of the slotted pictures.

Sure.  I am heading out right now but when I am doing the report this afternoon I will try to recreate the issue and save a copy.
