TOPIC: Just crashed HIP

Setting up inspection for tomorrow, home with an additional carriage house. Pre loaded all routine narratives for main house. Closed it and copied it. Renamed it 66666 Carriage house, now ipad is hung up saying Loading client info Now... Turned ipad off re-started it and tried to open an inspection and it's still trying to load clients info. Any advice would be helpful. Can't even open available. inspections

ok...just created a new inspection and can open it but still can not open available inspections. Only thing left to do is uninstall hip and reinstall it AND NOT USE the COPY FUNCTION

We found out that the iPad doesn't like spaces in the name. We're waiting for Apple to approve an update that replaces spaces with an underscore which fixes the problem. Jump on live chat or give my guys a call and they can help you do this remotely for right now so you can get back into the iPad.
