TOPIC: Mobile app - photo editing and RecallChek

Two questions.
1. Is there a setting I'm missing here? When I download an inspection from the cloud to my computer I always have to rest my recallchek fields. It's a pain in the butt.

2. Can you reset the "default" settings for arrow , circle .... in photo editing when using your tablet? It's set at 3 but this is too small to see in any pictures once the report is generated. Every time I want to use an arrow I have to change the size.
Also the circle  always defaults to pink.

1. What version of HIP are you using? Check under About->About.

2. This will be in the next update in a few days (size). Change your default color under Settings and make sure to save it.

Another issue...When I send my inspections back through the cloud my roofing section, and only my roofing section reverts back to "commas" for my item separators.

I have reset and saved settings, deleted template from the cloud, sent new template back to the cloud and still the same thing. Any suggestions?

Tim, this is a documented issue. We believe we have it fixed in HIP 4 which is coming out soon.
