TOPIC: mobile app won't work on samsung tab 3

Has anyone else had a problem with using the mobile app on the pro 3. The app installs fine, but when I open it, I get unfortunately hip mobile has stopped working. Send report. The device is running android version 4.2.2

We have been using it for about two weeks with no problems at all.

Scott, we've had a few people have the exact same issue on the Note 3, and others with no problem. It's super random. Thanks for teh crash report!! That really helps, I'm looking over the data now.
