TOPIC: HIP III Picture editing question

When you load pictures there is a space above each picture for CAPTION. This is a drop down menu with nothing on it. Where can I edit this menu to contain pre written things like HOT WATER HEATER or ELECTRICAL METER?

Any comments you have entered for that section of the report should populate the drop down menu.
I take the picture when I am commenting on a particular component and the pic is already assigned to that section.  Or if I snap a pic unrelated I can move it by selecting a different section and or a different component.  I often type in a comment for the pic that is different than the drop down comments.

No not the two drop down menus for section and sub section. Below that, there is a line for your own label. I want ot store 4-5 commonly used names in there. If you type something in there, then hit the drop down arrow, it will clear the line. I want to add things and save them there.

What Neal said is correct. Comments you've made in that section will show. You can also use the CAPTION feature to pre-load it. Watch this video on how:
