TOPIC: Losing Cover Photo?

I have had several inspections lately where I have taken the cover photo and saved it. It shows up during the inspection, but when I go to sync the report, the cover photo is gone! Is there something that I am doing during the report that wipes it out?

Make sure to go to the main list of sections after taking the cover pic as that triggers the save. If you exit the app after taking it then it won't save properly.

My situation is a bit different. When I did my inspection today on the mobile, the photo cover Icon was gone on the client info page. I opened it in the HIP MAC and there is no cover slot. Is there a way to get a cover photo into the report? I will reinstall HIP mobile to fix the issue, I think I deleted the cover slot somehow

I figured out a work around. Just insert it into the first slot. It shows up in the report elsewhere, but I don't care about that.

What is the best ratio for images anyway? 16:9 4:3 1:1? I'm using a Note 4 set at 12m 3984 x 2988 4:3

4:3 is definitely the best ratio to use. Where was the icon gone, on mobile?

It was gone from the mobile. The one that says "Put cover photo here". I may have deleted it somehow, but it is back, I uninstalled then reinstalled the app.
