Is there a way to remove ratings from specific sections?
For example; I have several sections for the roof. "materials used", "flashing", "comments". I do not need the ratings boxes for "comments".

No, and one of the reasons I do not use ratings as it indents the report in the selection sections.

Ratings appear in damage panels IF you have them on. They won't appear in selection panels. If you don't need them, turn it off or use selection panels.
