TOPIC: I have lost the gray shading format for my report sections.

I noticed today the gray shading is missing from my report sections.  I always felt like this was a key format that gave a professional look to the report.  Can anyone tell me how to get these back. I use Windows on the laptop and merge inspections from a android phone.

Also having similar problems.

i) Back ground colour not saving, as per your issue. (Attachment 1)

ii) Space between comments in materials and damage panels not saving. reverting back to default settings. (Attachment 3)

iii) When trying to access font size in Options, unable to access the font size when trying change style and size of font. (Attachment 2)

Also having problems with my mobile hip software with extra headings showing up in the HIP mobile screen which are not in my main template.

Not sure what the issue is.

However the basic software defaults are working ok.

1) Changing it actually works, and will save. Just don't go back into that section to check the color. If you do, it resets. That's a bug on our end that'll be fixed shortly. Set and save and it'll show in the report as expected.

2) That's not the separator value, that's the default for new items created and gives you the ability to reset everything. Individual separators are set under each section. This value was actually set last week to save in 3.9.1 so that all new panels get the same settings. Update will be out shortly.

3) You need to shrink your font size down to 100%. You have it much higher and that's why you can't see the menus properly

I cannot find the edit sections for background shading. I went to Report Settings and Section Colors and Fonts but all I get is the chart of sections. What do I do from there .  I just want the background shading for all sections back.
