I did an inspection yesterday and the Recall would not send. It kept insisting that I needed to submit the client email address. I had the email correct ( I even tried it with my own email address just in case the address was not valid) It would not send. I contacted Recall and they said it was an issue with HIP. I eventually had to submit the info to their site manually. Is this an issue that others are having. Is this something that can be fixed? I would hate to think that I had to do this each time like this. It is time consuming. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

That usually means there is an extra space at the end or front of the email address. Double check and try submitting again. Also, what version of HIP are you using? Check under About->About.

I have version 3.8. I tried three times, twice with her address and once with mine. I ended up sending it through Recall's website. I will try again with the next inspection on Monday and see how it goes. Thanks

Gary have you ever tried the RecallChek phone app it works great. Did an inspection yesterday with over 50 plus entries and the app was a life saver.
Now if we could get the app integrated with HIP...Well one can dream |
