When I save an inspection it doesn't save the date of inspection . Why ?

Also in advance color options how have the red button to default to the color of my choice ?
It was fine untill I added red the 4 color .
I won't be using red very often.

The date is always saved as long as you've set it. Otherwise it will default to todays date.

The red button you're pointing to is the summary color designated by the Serious Damage Comments under Report Settings->Formatting. It should not be an advanced color if you've already set it to be your 'red' color (which can be changed).

I've take Red out of the advanced color and change the serious damage to green, but the "Red" button is still red. I want it a different color.
How do I change it to a different color?

The word 'red' won't change. But on the report the serious damage will show as whatever color you've set it to.
