I would like to do that also.
I usually put the layout I get from the property appraiser at the end of the report. Like this one. |

You could just make a section in your template and call it something like "Diagram" and insert the jpg, PDF as a photo in the damage panel. Then select it as needed to make it print in the report. I did this in my basic template for Radon and upload the radon results into the report.

Exactly what Scott said is the way to do it! You can add a new section with a single damage panel, or just add a section that only has a document attached and nothign else.

Then follow my second method. Create a new page under Edit Template and assign a doc to it.
