TOPIC: start report on pc then finish on ipad

How do I start a report on my pc then sync it with my ipad to finish in field?  I would like to fill out all the information possible before getting to the location of inspection. 
The only thing I can find is a way to upload templates.

You can't do that at this time but there's plans to add it later. You can start an inspection at home and then merge it with the data you did on site though.
