TOPIC: 2 summary sections

Yes so the green/red only means normal/summary comments. At the beginning of the comment though you should see the 1,2,3. If not, make sure you have Advanced Colors enabled on desktop, upload the template to the cloud fresh and download it to your mobile device.

i have advanced checked. deleted all templets from cloud and mobile devise. renamed templet sent to the cloud. re downloaded to mobile devise and still i dont see it

Have you assigned advanced colors to those comments on the desktop version?

Red doesn't need to be an advanced color if it's already assigned as your default summary color. You'd really just need the blue.

I would like to revive this conversation about having multiple summaries. I think like Tim does, I want multiple summaries and actually saw a report program recently that allows it, but I would like to stay with what I know.

I have 5 or 6 agents ask if I can separate defects from maintenance and upgrades, and many clients ask me if I can put all the maintenance issues into one section so they can print it and hang it on the fridge as a check list. Summary should stay as is, then I want a maintenance summary and an upgrade summary. I don't think it would confuse them at all. As a matter of fact I think it would be easier for the client, they want the inspector to tell them what are the big issues and what aren't.

Dominic you may disagree, but my question is can this technically be done?

We have this via Advanced Colors now (check out the video tutorial). This allows you to color code your summary with green for example being maintenance and red being safety, etc.

This software just got more awesome. I had no idea this was an option.

Will take awhile to change comments over to advanced colors, but it will make reading much simpler for the client/realtors.
