TOPIC: uploading an inspection to cloud on HTC Desire HD

I haven't used my htc in a while for inspections because of the many problems I had with it  using HIP Mobile.  However, I decided to try it again with the updates to HIP mobile to see if the updates would help.  I was pretty excited to see that my mock inspection was going along fine with pictures being taken and no crashing ( I was having problems with it crashing in the past).  Well, this time I completed the inspection with no problem at all....except for when it was time to upload the inspection to the cloud.  It stays stuck on zipping files with no green line.  I really like my htc, but not for this program!!!  Can you help?

The problem is uploading large files via cell. Kill the HIP app (or restart the phone) and only upload via wifi. Cell connections are often not good enough to upload files and that's exactly what will happen.

I am having the same issue for the last hour with my S3. I did contact support but have not gotten and answer yet. I tried WIFI, 4G, killed the program, restarted the phone, turned it off and on again; still stays stuck on zipping files. Any way to get the HZF file to dropbox from the phone or onto my SD card? Will clearing the cache help, or will I lose my inspection?
