TOPIC: Multiple Data and Document folders Question?

Is there a way to have multiple Data and Document folders that can be browsed to?
That way I could category my info without having them grouped all together.
I realize I could name them one thing then change to the appropriate name, but that requires too many changes.

They're purposely universal so you can use one document in multiple templates. The way you suggested is exactly what guys do if you want it specific. Just name it : Commercial-Intro, Residential-Intro. Most inspectors only have 2 or 3 templates so there's only 30 docs or so.
