I recently have an issue with my mobile sync feature on my laptop.
I have finished the inspection on my mobile and synced it. it states sync has finalized and is now ready to open on laptop system (as usual). This time around I press the sync button, go down to download inspections in cloud, press refresh and scroll down my long list of inspections and Don't find the one I just sync with my phone.? Has this happened to anybody else? what is the solution? I do 2 inspections on a daily and need this fixed ASAP |
