TOPIC: Font issue

I have a windows 7 computer and I convert pdf files a lot , I have all of the font loaded ,, when I generate the report it does not embed the right report , infact it is all mixed up with upper and lower case ,,,, I have arial and times font that report is calling for ,,, I also tried to use different fonts to make it work , it cleared up most but not all ,, how come I convert arial and times fonts in other programs and not in this ,,,

I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to. Can you attach a PDF here and explain in detail what you're talking about?

here is what was generated ... I did not change anything , I have the arial and times font and don't know why  they are not coming out , infact I don't know which one these are , never seen this before

have tried everything I know and search the web ,,, this is the only thing that does this strange issue ,, when it converts is produces the font issues - been trying to solve this fo3 3 days now

First, fastest support is always by calling or using the Help Desk. The forums here are more for inspector to inspector discussion and something I only check to answer questions late at night.

Now looking at what you put, Wow, that's crazy!

You definitely have a font issue. Do other fonts work properly? It looks like something has corrupted some of your system fonts outside of HIP. If switching fonts doesn't work, jump on live support tomorrow.
