TOPIC: report table of contents missing

When I review my report after saving it, i have the report table of contents on the left side of the report. When i view it from another pc/tablet/laptop, via the HIP website/my uploaded reports/  there is no table of contents? Is this a setting I am missing?

It depends on your viewer. You might have bookmarks disabled on the viewer in your browser. Save it and open it up in Adobe Reader, Foxit or most other PDF readers and you'll see them.
