TOPIC: I can't find it

the answer to my question, I know it has been asked before. Could someone please point me to the answer or tell me how I can do this.

I want to add all my pre-selected comments and merge them into a new report. Is there a way to have a report with those items already selected, so that when you begin a new report you can merge those items into the new report, so your not having to do it every time? I have tried but what I get is the comments showing up twice. 

David, I have a base report that I merge everything to from my mobile devices.

Basically, it's a base report with pre selected items. I can either add to the base and save as a new report, or merge to it and then save as a new report.

What Troy said Save it as an inspection and then File->Import/Merge it into your new job.
