Troy, how do you create you base report? I'm not sure how you pre load the photos

John, open your template, add photos, pre select any narratives that always show in your report, and save as "base report."

Now each inspection you start with the "base report" that has all that information saved including the pics. When you batch add your pictures for your inspection they will come after the graphics. You will quickly go through and select the graphics you want to use and then go to your pictures.
