TOPIC: Pictures poor quality - pixilated, grainy

Bruce we've actually had several huge updates which affected pics quite a bit in the last few months. HIP has always had sharp photos though, mobile was the issue. Can you send me a PDF where you're having an issue and send the original for some of the pics too.

I forgot to ask, have you adjusted the photo quality under Report Settings->Options?

What size monitor are you using to look at the pics?

What % zoom is the PDF when you look at it?

I was unaware there was a photo quality setting.  I will look at it.  What is the recommended setting?

I don't see an actual photo quality setting, I have it set to 2 across, default setting.  I see where it says highest quality is only recommended when necessary, but I don't see that option anywhere.

Ok, now I see, but it says not to use setting 3 unless absolutely necessary???

Because it makes the file sizes (and PDF) much bigger. What's the answer to the other questions I asked?
