Tried out Acer A100, latest HIP from Google play, worked fine until I went to upload the inspection.
First try was on the road, connected through my phone (never had a problem uploading with my Thrive), I got an unexpected error message, tried again and it freezes at the zipping file screen 0%. I have tried it several times once I got home without success. I have tried to restart the tablet, I have tested my connection, I can log in and download a template. Thank you, Brian |

Hi Brian,
Make sure that you're on wifi only and not on any other connection. If you still have a problem it's possible that it got stuck uploading with the bad connection through your phone. Hook the Acer up to your computer via USB, browse to the com.homeinspectorpro.mobile/inspections/yourinspection folder and delete the .zip you see. Then go back into HIP (after disconnecting) and try uploading again. |
