I synced my I Pad Mini and started a new inspection. When I switch to the tab "Inspect" on the bottom I get this message.
Error Downloading template. Please make sure you're using Home Inspector Pro 3.4.5 or above. I have the latest version of HIP. Am I missing something? |

Hi Aaron, are you on Mac or Windows? The latest Mac is 3.4.5, the latest Windows is 3.5 (3.6 for beta testers).

HIP (desktop version) isn't on App Store so I'm not sure what you're looking at. Get
www.homeinspectorpro.com/dmdocuments/Hom...rPro-3_4_4-64bit.dmg
You may just need to upload the template again if you uploaded it before updating HIP. |

"Here was my post before I tried digging more into my computer" The desktop version is working well the issue is on the Ipad Mini. I installed HIP about 2 weeks ago on my Macbook Pro and my IPad Mini I downloaded HIP this morning. I looked at my computer and indeed it was on there that I had put it on my computer and that was 3.4.4 My initial thought was the Mini was the problem but it was my laptop/desktop was not the latest like I had thought. Thank you very much for such prompt help. Aaron |
