TOPIC: Picture Separation

In my report I utilize the three across picture setting. I do have a border around the pics, but is there a way to have some separation between the pics so the don't blend together?

There should be some, especially with the border. Have you tried adjusting the photo border thickness? If you make it thick then the borders will touch.
